You’d do better just to do 6 months of CFI work rather than get a bad recommendation or legal issues from the 135 job. While twin turbine time would certainly be nice, you’ll get that at Endeavor. Don’t screw up a good thing by getting greedy.
The 135 said they would "work with me" if I needed to depart early (re: contract), but who actually knows what that means haha. They initially type you SIC, but after 90 days you go PIC I guess and get the ATP - which obviously adds to the contract amount with two trips to FSI. So the Spirit route could be interesting, actually.
