As long as you have a right to work in the USA you can. If you don’t you can’t flow, or get hired by any company that doesn’t sponsor right to work. This is how the AA Wholly Owned and other regionals trap foreigners. They don’t disclose that super important detail that while they sponsor workers, their associated legacy partners don’t.
