I have LC block of reserve exceeding 7 days after a single X day(LC 9 days-1 X day-LC 9 days.) They seem to have attempted to assign rest at 1200 on last day of block. To make the 30 hour break over the X day.

No notification was ever received or acknowledged. Wouldn’t this prospective rest have required a proactive notification? Or am I on the hook to self check schedule in middle of the LC block? My inclination is to say no, but before I tell them not legal for assignment I wanted to get some thoughts.
