I feel like the company had a golden opportunity to address attrition. Regular pay during training, health insurance on day one, and at least match the pay that a new hire gets at a regional. Pretty simple. Opportunity missed.
Yeah, I had an interview lined up and was hoping this would be addressed but it doesn't seem so.
