The pay is sad, but can be overcome, the lack of benefits I personally feel is unethical. My friend just withdrew from a December Class. He was waiting on benefits so kept pushing the class date off hoping this contract would come through. He has medical needs with his child, and can't risk going without benefits for 3 months. He would be a Spirit lifer too, lives in FL and has zero interest in the legacies. Another solid loss of a good pilot that would STAY.
