In order to personal drop a trip (with or without PB days) every day must have positive coverage.

Note: a trip that releases after midnight, for purposes of dropping, is counted as an additional day. So a 3 day that pays 15:45 but releases at 0030 needs positive coverage for 4 days, since it would take a reserve with 4 days of availability to cover the trip.

The first PCS run for the following month starts the morning of the 20th the month prior. PCs runs are started no earlier than 0700, 1200, 1700, and 2220 ATL time.
