It's odd how the people who ***** the loudest about full-time Union gigs are the ones who've never been stuck with one.
Nobody is “stuck” with any union job. It’s all volunteer. And if you’re not going to do the job right then don’t volunteer for it.
Many guys and gals volunteer and bust their asses and make magic happen. Then there are those that volunteer and protect the company and bring us concessions. Those are the ones people are complaining about. And rightfully so.
