Right now it appears the highest paid pilot job in the US is flying a Boeing Business Jet for Avjet BBJ. Starting Captain salary is $237,000 but they require 5,000 total time and 3,000 in type. I don't know whether or not that is waiverable. I know a former Frontier Airlines pilot that works there and I believe he's making in the 350K range but he's also in management, so I don't know the real upper limit of the line pilot pay scale.
