Any DECs on here that can comment on life at PDT if you live in base? I realize DECs will be on rsv for quite some time and I am ok with that, just want to get an idea of what that schedule looks like for in base Captains. How many days in a row on rsv followed by how many days off? Ability to swap rsv days? How much are you being utilized? Is short call 2 hours or 90 min? Over all QOL. Thanks in advance for any insight.
Jan for reserve on average 11 days off. Reserve stretches are usually 5 to 6 days with 2 days off in between and your 4 golden. days. Short call is 2 hours report. At the moment, relatively easy to swap reserve days with some exceptions.
