A couple of points on PRD. Any record generated after January 1, 2015 will be uploaded by June 12,2023. So if a record isn't in your PRD record, it will be by that date. Every airline is behind, however automation is coming, so expect a data dump into the PRD Q1 or Q2 of 2023. The September 2024 date, while correct, is for all records generated after August 1, 2005. (AC 120-68J, table 2-1). In other words, September 2024 is for records generated between August 1, 2005 and January 1, 2015. https://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/...AC_120-68J.pdf

What records are in the PRD? It's a pull down menu based on what type of 121 training you receive. AC 120-68J table A-2 (non-AQP) and table A-3 (AQP) have the laundry list of data entries. There's no option for additional records, so XYZ airline can't mess with what's reported. For AQP, it's Indoc, KV, MV, LOE and LC. Yes, there's more, but that's the basic list.

A pilot can always check what is reported on the PRD and report errors to the FAA. The report then goes to the reporting airline. Yes, you should check your PRD report for errors.

PRD is forever (age 99 or death).

Yes, every checkride failure is listed.
