It was what I was kind of alluding to in my question since FJ is one of the last 135s to still require a sim check which is probably a good thing. Never heard back from HR regarding it.
They used to have three levels of interviews with an initial phone screen and then a second phone screen followed by the in-person interview with sim. As far as I know they were still doing sims during the interview 2 months ago but 2 months ago is a long time with how quickly things are changing in the industry.
