The key factor is < 12 from start of LC to report, not the time between the ARCOS call and report
They could call you 2 days prior (maybe a Malaria rotation) so you would have approx 48hrs notice, but if the report is before 1200 on day one of your RES on call day, then day one would pay above guarantee
