You don't want to see them, it is not good. One of main reasons I ended up leaving is that I quickly found out how young that pilot group really is. I was on the fence on whether I wanted to try to leave for a Legacy or not. but when the first seniority list came out that I was on and I saw my seniority % at retirement it sealed the deal. I literally turned back on my Airline apps applications that night and started working on Pilot Credentials. Now instead of retiring at 40%, I'll retire at 20%.

JetBLue is an older pilot group and I imagine when the merge happens, your seniority at retirement will improve a bit.
