Do you guys think United cares more about PIC time or a larger type rating? I'm a low time regional FO wondering if I should stay and try and upgrade, or try and go to a ULCC and try and get an A320 or 737 type. Any ideas which would get me to United first? Of course I could just apply to United without either but I don't think I'd be competitive.
