Don’t think about it too much, it’s fine. Genuinely reflect on them and when the time comes to interview or meet and greet be able to explain that it was all your fault and how it was a true learning experience. In my interview I literally said I was “almost happy it happened because each one made me a better pilot and I was able to pass those lessons on to my students later on making others better also.”OBVIOUSLY I’m not HAPPY about them, however, I said what I meant that I truly did learn and take responsibility and that’s all they care about. Even if it wasn’t your fault, or you don’t believe it was, never say that to the interviewers. Also explain how you corrected for the next attempts, and what your checkride history has been like since showing you’ve learned and that you have gotten better at check events. Keep your head up it’s really not the end of the world

How long ago was that initial LOE bust? If it’s a long time in the past and you’ve have many 121 checking events since then I wouldn’t worry too much. Just keep your nose clean and don’t do it again. Try to upgrade if you haven’t already.
If you’re new to 121 and that was your most recent event then that’s a bit of a different story. A couple of GA failures in primary training along with a failure of your first/most recent 121 check shows a pattern and could create an uphill battle for you. It’s definitely not the end of the world, but refer to the above about keeping your nose clean, don’t fail again, and successfully make it through upgrade when able. Time and a clean record going forward will be your best friend.

When to apply
I know this has been asked/answered a few times before but wondering if I have a shot in todays market. I have 1800 TT, 800 multi piston PIC, 50 turbo prop PIC, and 200+ SIC Jet and counting… Unfortunately I had a disapproval on my most recent 121 Initial in a 767 for an ACMI but got through successfully the second time. Made a silly mistake on the first go. Other than that I have no checkride fails. 2 initial 135 checks and one 135 recurrent check with no problems. Should I apply now or wait until I have some more heavy Boeing time or a successful 121 recurrent? I was even considering getting my MEI to have new green mark after the bust.
