There will be displacements in the 74 ANC. During the first part of the system bid, all the ANC FO are hired recently, therefore seat locked. So unless enough non seat locked FO’s bid out, they will go to the displacement bid. The other displacement postings will probably take care of itself.
Looks like equipment locks are unlocked for the realignment. Lots of newer ANC FOs are getting out by choice in the Mock Bid
