TBH, im surprised that many people over 6 years bailed. Unless you’re going from commuting to living in base, which is priceless imo, it doesn't make a huge difference financially at that point.
At that longevity I understand the the jump to maybe FedEx or UPS. But just jumping to a legacy makes no sense. Same job with just a bit more pay and similar QOL.
