Pilot wife here hijacking my husband's account to ask you all a question.

We live in Naples, FL and my husband joined JetBlue in October and is commuting to/based in JFK on the 320. Our end goal is to be based out of FLL so his drive will only be 1.5 hours.

How long realistically until he can transfer to the FLL base? And while I'm here, how long of these reserve rosters?
