We live in Naples, FL and my husband joined JetBlue in October and is commuting to/based in JFK on the 320. Our end goal is to be based out of FLL so his drive will only be 1.5 hours.
How long realistically until he can transfer to the FLL base? And while I'm here, how long of these reserve rosters?

I live in Naples and commute over to FLL. Super easy commute/drive. Short call reserve is doable, but somewhat stressful as you have to be ready to go ASAP. Would take SCR sitting at home in Naples over commuting up to JFK any day of the week though. LCR is great once you can hold it.
I would think he could get an FLL award by this year. Most junior FLL pilot currently is a 11/21 hire. By the end of the year on the last bid window, the most junior FLL pilot will be an 8/22 hire.
