Working a certain length of time or number of legs is still a personal decision unless outside forces intervene. You are done when you say so. Your number of days a month are totally up to the individual. Lots of people have made poor decisions and find themselves paying for it literally. If you choose to "help" you are only hurting yourself. The guys who paid for training will have a different mindset about things. I was acquired, so anything other than coming to work and maximizing what I want was never in the picture. Everyone has their own beat.
