I would not worry about it, nothing good comes out of the conference call. They will spend half of the time talking about the flight attendants uniforms. I can tell how we can save fuel at Comair. Hire flight attendants that do not get stuck between the seats while walking the isle. 
Not to mention the insane amount of pressure on the floor of the airplane when they wear heels.
