Why was the first officer singled out by this unnamed source, what a jerk off! This makes all first officer seem more “incompetent” (according to some of our captains here and the public) than we already are!

As far as I’m concerned, all three crew members were at fault!

Whatever happened to that “ I’m in the Green/Yellow/Red” BS they always cover every recurrent?
