and while you were negotiating would it have made it easier or harder knowing the pilot group behind you had expectations and was willing to go to war over it.
the problem is the pilot group. The surveys were weak. The union however does a very poor job in educating the pilot group. In fact the last survey, In oct(or nov), didn’t have any questions on profit sharing. Pretty hard to put a value on it, when it isn’t asked.
