Can’t magically turn a company into something they are not especially if management has no intention of doing so. Spirit doesn’t care if it has the best pilots or the highest paid pilots. They aren’t particularly proud of us and don’t go out into the industry proclaiming those things. This is the company you chose to work for and you choose to stay for your own reasons. Deal with it or move on
