Looking at the SL, there were many 23-25 year old guys hired late 80s early 90s. Just a reversion to how it should be… Less time messing around at a regional. I’d have gladly sat sideways if it meant starting at my legacy sooner at like 23.
I was an RJ skipper at 24, doing 5 legs in and out of LGA in a blizzard. One leg to Zurich on an ER is cake.
