Old habits are hard to break, and nobody changes overnight, but complacency and settling will be the major battle for us going forward.
You aren’t going to break 2/3 of the pilots here. Your best option is to vote with your feet. The 2nd option is to try to vote out the NC who gave you this package. Good luck with that.
