Your post comes across a good bit offensive just so you know. You might need to work on those soft skills if you want to do well in interviews. Although these days it hardly matters. You asking if Frontier is better than a regional and in the next sentence telling us that you don't actually want to work here? You better approach the interview with a different attitude.

Pros: Fleet, Scheduling flexibility, good pilot group, fast growth, good domiciles
Cons: Bad for commuters, Pay lags begind the industry, less pilot friendly management. No first class meals
He should just stay at his regional since he likes it and doesnt care about F9. He needs to get to a legacy ASAP and tpic is the way to do it. I dont want him here
