There are dumbass CA,FOs,FA,gate agents,etc all over. You kill them with firm unwavering kindness. Kindness rooted in the certainty of who you are, the resources you have, and staunch belief in safety first.

I have zero doubt by the way you comport yourself here that you are the common denominator in 90% of your conflicts. I’ve had zero issues with FOs acting up here at delta. I’m proud to fly with every guy/gal thus far. We do a great job when everyone is properly motivated with a good attitude. Try it sometime
