I could see us getting a good portion of it at first...just because we have the staffing and the aircraft that would be able to take on the flying pretty much immediatley. But over time, Delta will divy it up among the other DCI carriers and ultimately we'll end up with less flying than we have now.
Expressjet is losing money on their branded flying. I see them taking some of those ERJs, if not all, have them painted in Delta colors..and then take over a lot of the old Freedom flying..maybe even open up a JFK base.
I think DL wants to cut carriers, not expand them. It wouldn't make sense to me, taking Xjet out of their fairly small niche in the west, and bring them over to the east and essentially double their size.
