No it's an incentive program to keep everybody focused on success and doing their small part. Does it work? I honestly don't know. Every now and then I might catch myself hustling a little bit if I think it will make a difference for D0 or A14.

Every employer I've ever had offered some sort of bonus, but you only got it if either you or the company did good that year. Except the Navy. They just gave me medals.
