The funny thing is not so much that we still use ATIS sheets. What’s truly funny is to watch half the people I fly with not use the printer when we have one. Like……WTF?!
I can’t read the printed atis without breaking out my glasses and then sorting through 5 pages of mostly useless info on a curled up piece of paper. It’s just easier for me to write it out. Trust me, I am extremely lazy. If it was easier, I’d be doing it.
