With the two recent law suite against World Airways (the pilot for wrongful termination and the stranded Nigeria passengers) and the delisting from the NASDAQ, how is this going to affect World Airways? Anyone with inside information who works their?

Was the delisting from the NASDAQ a result of taking over North American Airlines last year (and their balance sheet) or was this trouble in the making before hand.

I was considering applying for a position with World Airways, but it would help if all information pertaining to these issues were known before hand. Thx
