Cut throat industry!! If you just got hired at CAL you would be happy that your airline was hiring and growing. Tip your hat to CAL, they are growing while still paying pilots "pretty" well (better than AA). They are NOT growing w/ 100 seat junk "stealing" NWA routes, paying BS wages w/out union representation!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAL is doing their own thing growing in Central/S.America/Europe.
My little bro just got out of the AF flying C-130 in Iraq/Afghanistan and got hired at CAL--he's happy to hear they are growing.

What the F does that mean? NWA pilots "sticking it out"--check out their pay/concessions--NWA/Delta pilots sticking it out would have been to strike.
