Looking past the inefficiencies of the system, a crash like what happened back then will probably never happen again, since they've separated pilot and FA systems.
The new scheduling system is most definitely not on hold. It is in its final stretch to deployment. Schedulers and tower coordinators have been getting trained on it lately. I thought it was going to be brought online in parallel with the pilot group late April/early May?
In the call I think she did mention that Falcon (the replacement to Toast) was possibly put on hold. Can anyone confirm or deny that?
