Otherwise whenever you're sitting in BWI on SCAL, provided you can get to the airport within an hour (I suppose 2 hours depending on adequate transportation from the hotel or however it's worded) then yes stay home. LCAL you have 12 hours. You'll sit in BWI and Dallas a fair amount stateside.
