I admit to being perplexed at the necessity of your question, though. I thought that a former employee, who is still so familiar with the company as to regularly contribute to NJA threads, would know this. However, assumptions can prove problematic at times, so I apologize for assuming.
You weren't giving that number to me. I am tasking you with explaining yourself because you were arguing with somebody who works at Flexjet about first-year pay. You gave a number that needs context. The number you gave assumes you stay on CC72 AFTER you are released from training. You made zero mention of that and just simply said "training pay for year 1 FOs is 86,373. Pathetic that a former employee has to explain your payscales because you can't.
