So far you are the only one who misunderstood what I wrote. If I had written that training pay 'rate' is 86,373, would that have alleviated your misunderstanding? I generally find the terms "pay" and "pay rate" to be accepted as having an identical intent. But, as luck would have it, not everyone apparently shares the same view. Would you even believe that some people would equate my statement as someone would being in training for an entire year?
