If you took the time to read my original reply to you I only corrected that you said first year pay was $75k. I said what training pay was ($86k) and that you could switch schedules after IOE if you wanted which would pay different. Would be less if you went to 7/7. I said with soft pay most people made over $100k. Never said everyone made more than that or that NJ base was higher.
If you can’t understand the reasoning behind the union message I can’t help you. Just enjoy the rising tide by yourself since that is what you are all about. Your words.
Are you ACTUALLY saying that Flex's base pay is NOT a factor in your Union negotiations? Let me tell you how this ends up......the Union will negotiate a contract that has your base pay MAYBE $5k more than Flex because, despite what the Union PR is, that is what they are using to negotiate. They are NOT using Delta, American and United in their negotiations behind closed doors. You will be thrilled becasue the jr. guys got a raise from $86k to say $106K. It doesnt take a Union to negotiate that because here is what will happen, FLEX will raise to $110k to be MORE than NJ without any kind of crazy billboards and pilots in their blazers walking around Palm Beach acting like they are on strike. If you cant figure that out, then I cant help you!
