I believe you are under a contract CURRENTLY, correct? I believe it was just voted in in 2021 and goes thru 2026?? Why did you "ratify" a 5 year contract 2 years ago and then try to renage on that contract? So you want to hold NJ to their end of the bargin that the union negotiated for (for stability) BUT the union wants NJ to renegotiate.....In good faith negotiations, once they are agreed to, shouldnt BOTH sides get the same "stability"? I think so....maybe your Union should have seen the pay that was on the horizon....but they didnt. IF the enconomy sucked and NJ wanted to pay less, would the Union be back at the table? Nope! Hypocrites!
