IF NJ pays more than FLEX, stop being dishonest and saying you are the lowest paid in the industry. Make up your mind, there can only be 1 lowest. Its a Union PR move, that is all.......
i spent exactly one year at NJ and I bought in $143,000 for that year. 3 months on the “training rate” and then switched to the 7/7. Did a few extended days and had 3 after midnights. I was on the 350. So lucked out there.

And for what it’s worth. I interviewed with 3 FJ guys (not sure if they got through) and in my new hire class there was a 15 year FJ dude who left as a DRL CA. You should probably ask yourself why he left there after investing so much time in the company.

I’m glad FJ guys/gals are earning so much! It’s so awesome to see but, the only way FJ pilots will earn more and get better and better terms is if NJASAP succeeds
