What did you mean by these two statements please? I am a RAC looking at both also. Thanks
the difference between fleets fdp means that some fleets fly significantly more than others and therefore the pilots in those fleets can make significantly more money in the same amount of work days. A new hire pilot in the XLS will likely make at least 10K less than a new hire hired into the 350 at the same time and working the same amountbof days overall. This isn't very fair so we are hoping the next agreement has some mechanism that evens it out at least a little bit.
