There will be furloughs, there will be displacements, and there will be stagnation. Anyone wanna make a wager on that?
I believe what you’re saying is true, but as a Yes voter open to change my mind I didn’t see a No argument that laid out a road map to realistically leverage improvements. That’s where I believe this TA is very different from the old TA 1/ TA 2
