Which costs does JS refer? Are these cost labor, operations, the rent at the GO?

Labor is huge at this airline. No other regional in the country has the amount of ridiculously senior pilots like Comair does.
Just remember guys, labor is a (should be a)FIXED COST, it's managements problem to deal with budgeting.
