So there's same day overlap on Friday between the sick call and when they're planning to nonrev. You're saying he's fine to do that, even on probation?
There is no MOU or Scheduling Policy Letter that addresses this. However, NONE of the LOA's are available on the SWAPA site.
Might be worth dropping an email to your domicile rep and asking why the LOA's are MIA.
