I was here for all of those contracts. Guess what? We hadn't hired JACK $H!T for years (decades). The old guys were a controlling demographic by a huge margin. Those of us who were "young" for those contracts (and I voted no for every one, as did everyone in my age group that I know), were VASTLY outnumbered. We're the old guys now, once again outnumbered by massive retirements and even more massive unnecessary hiring.

So what I'm hearing is, the old guys screwed me, now I'm the old guy, and you new guys shouldn't even work here, so just be happy you're here at all, but now it's my turn to screw the new guys since I got screwed when I was new? Holy $****, it's almost like I've seen this movie before.
