Agreed. I did want to through something out to the crowd however. What if there isn't an exodus from that 60+ crowd? Just playing devil's advocate. Top of the payscale, 5 weeks of vacation, while still socking money away the last 3-5 years. Hell you could argue they could be full time pilots working part time.
