The target is to run two classes of at least 10-12 per month. A problem we have is that the company should have dramatically raised pay last fall, to attract people to the pool to be ready to train this spring. Instead, they waited, and the pool they had has been drying up. If you’re waiting on a class date from Breeze, and get a CJO from United, you’re gone. Hopefully they do the right thing at the end of the month and actually give a huge pay raise
