It doesn’t matter what the background is, everyone I work with states they are here for the pension. Without it, we’re one small step above Atlas. I took months off at Atlas with their vacation. Pre-Covid, I had more time off at Atlas. I’ve also jumpseated many times with United/Delta pilots that take months off as well. Without that pension, there is very little reason to come to FedEx. Pass a contract without the pension and lower pay rates and let’s see what happens.
