We better study up while we can
It works both ways and I think when we look at it overall, they have been more of a hindrance than a help to our ongoing contract negotiations. I have flown with many CAs who have deep grudges against this Union and willfully and proudly ignore Union guidance (i.e. picking up OT, Floating, etc.). "The Union wasn't there for me back in XXXX so I don't give a #@$% what they want me to do now". Those grudges need to retire out of this pilot group. We are in a different world.
