It's all about ego and pride. Kirby and other CEOs that still require the vax do it for no reason other than it keeps them from looking like the fools they know they are.
We had the same problem at Hawaiin. Our CEO is still claiming his mandates were the reason everyone didn't die. He also still throws out "Build Back Better" in video's. Ya just can't make it up.
